This text explains the Privacy Policy followed in the execution of procedures related to the transportation service provided to passengers/members who make reservations and complete the payment for tours, vehicle allocation, transfer, VIP transfer, shuttle services on their own behalf or on behalf of another person or institution via the website https://vzn.asciisoft.com.tr, the call center number 0 850 255 0 789 owned by VZN GROUP, VZN GROUP’s email address or other communication tools, and the VZN GROUP mobile application, operated by “VZN GRUP TURİZM YATIRIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ” (hereinafter referred to as “VZN GRUP”) located at Nisbetiye Mahallesi Birlik Sokak Akyıldız Sitesi No:24/4 Beşiktaş/İSTANBUL, TÜRKİYE.

VZN Grup is a joint stock company registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, with tax number 9260977985 affiliated with the Beşiktaş Tax Office, established in accordance with legal regulations and operating within this framework.

Since its establishment, VZN Grup has made maximum efforts to conduct its activities within legal limits. Therefore, being aware of the increasing importance of personal data nowadays, it aims to act in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 for the personal data it has acquired during the period of service provided.

What Personal Data is Collected?

VZN Grup requires certain personal data and information to perform the services provided in accordance with the request of the Member received through the website http://vzngrup.com or the VZN Grup Mobile application or the call center number 0 850 255 0 789, or through applications to the address mentioned above or through business partners. Below are the detailed personal data collected:

 

Member Identity Information:

a) Name-Surname, Gender, Turkish Identification Number (T.C. Kimlik Numarası),

b) Passport Number if the Member is not a Turkish Citizen,

c) Tax Number if the Member is a Legal Entity,

d) Name-Surname, Gender, Turkish Identification Number (T.R. Identification number) of the parent if the Member is under 18 years old,

e) Name-Surname, Gender, Turkish Identification Number (T.R. Identification number) of the legal representative/Guardian if appointed,

f) Information written on Physical or E-Ticket.

Contact Information of the Member:

a) Address, Email, Mobile Phone, Landline, Fax, MERNIS Address, KEP Address, and all other shared contact information shared with VZN Grup for the purpose of performing the service.

Payment Information:

a) Bank or intermediary financial institution through which the payment is made, card type used for payment, payment amount, payment method, first 6 (six) and last 2 (two) digits of the card used for payment,

b) If the payment is made with a discount or campaign, the percentage/amount of the discount or campaign, the number of persons benefiting from options such as luggage, carry-on baggage, pet, additional stop, waiting, location change, additional luggage, additional carry-on baggage, total service fee, percentage/amount of the fee or discount or campaign.

 

Passenger Information:

a) Information about the locations to be received and transferred for the service to be performed as promised in the contract, if any, the pickup and drop-off points of other passengers participating in the service during the journey, the total number of persons participating in the journey, the total number of luggage and carry-on luggage, and any information regarding pets.

b) From the start of the service after the reservation is made until the end and afterwards, special requests made by the passenger, details regarding health issues, and if a report has been requested in case of a possibility of a condition that may prevent the travel.

Insurance Information:

a) Date of issuance, identity information of the insured person, amount, and type of insurance required by the legislation for the performance of the service.

Address, Route, Changed or Added Routes, Pickup-Drop-Off Points:

a) Address, current location, pickup and drop-off points for the vehicles allocated by VZN Grup to complete the pickup, arrival, and drop-off procedures at the requested location, as well as additional routes specified before or during the service.

Information Related to the Device on Which the Reservation is Made:

a) Operating system of the device, IP number, country where the transaction is made, all membership information entered through the website or application, transaction activities performed through the website or application, passwords for establishing transaction security and ensuring that the service is performed as promised.

 

Current and Past Transaction Information:

a) Current and past transaction information related to services obtained through partners, or through the website or mobile application, or by contacting VZN Grup.

Information, Documents, Data, and Orders Requested by Judicial or Administrative Authorities:

a) Any information, documents, data, and orders requested by judicial or administrative authorities through any kind of notice, notification, correspondence, or other communication means.

Detection of Suspicious Transactions:

a) Detection of any information, documents, and data to prevent suspicious transactions identified before, during, and after the service requested through the website, application, call center, business partners, or directly to VZN Grup, and to prevent their unlawful conduct.

Service Evaluations, Suggestions, Complaints:

a) Ratings, suggestions, and complaints made by Members regarding the service, vehicle personnel, and actions taken during and after the service (e.g., Ratings, Tips), and requested services through the website, mobile application, or the type of service provided.

Movements on the Website and Mobile Application:

a) Frequency of viewing the provided services, language preferences, adding/removing favorites, notification preferences, newsletter subscriptions.

 

Pet Information:

a) Type, age, dimensions, and cage information of the pet that will accompany the Member during the service.

Purposes of Using Your Personal Data

VZN Grup uses the personal data you provide to perform the service promised, including but not limited to:

– Creating reservation records,
– Completing membership registrations through the website or mobile application,
– Providing the most suitable option for the pickup and drop-off points requested by the Member, possible changes or disruptions on the route to ensure that the service is provided as promised,
– Conducting verification procedures for the reliability of the service,
– Managing all financial and accounting processes related to payment,
– Offering discounts, campaigns, or attractive offers to Members,
– Tracking, evaluating, resolving, and improving service quality based on requests/suggestions/evaluations/complaints from Members,
– Providing higher quality and reliable service through collaborations with business partners or third parties,
– Taking any necessary measures, precautions, and updates to address or prevent any technical glitches, access issues, or to enhance accessibility and reliability through the website, mobile application, or call center,
– Conducting communication activities before, during, and after the service,
– Managing cancellation, refund, or withdrawal processes,
– Notifying about current services, campaigns, discounts, and any attractive offers in accordance with communication permissions,
– Managing the process related to offered campaigns/discounts/attractive offers,

a) Purpose of sharing data with VZN Grup staff: To ensure the service is provided as promised, VZN Grup shares data with call center staff, marketing personnel, accounting department personnel, and vehicle personnel to facilitate communication with Members, confirm location information, ensure transaction security, verify payment, and manage necessary financial and accounting processes.

b) Business Partners and Service Providers: In order to provide better service to Members, facilitate access and communication through all communication channels, and receive service support, VZN Grup collaborates with business partners and service providers within the framework of agreements made to execute the services requested or to be requested by Members.

c) Requests from Judicial or Administrative Authorities: In accordance with requests received through notices, notifications, correspondences, or other communication means from judicial or administrative authorities, VZN Grup shares data to fulfill the requirements of such requests and orders.

 

Security Measures for Data

VZN Grup undertakes to take all technical measures to store and protect personal data acquired from users/members in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698.

Legal Responsibility

While VZN Grup takes all necessary technical measures to ensure the security of data, it cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from cyber-attacks, access issues, interruptions, malfunctions, or similar reasons.

Changes to the Policy

The user/member is responsible for monitoring changes to this Privacy Policy. VZN Grup recommends keeping track of the current version of the policy.
